The modular elastic edge plywood module was successfully developed and introduced to the market in 2023. Due to the elastic edge, when assembling the formwork, it effectively reduces the seams between formwork panels, preventing the loss of cement mortar and maintaining the smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance of concrete.
Additionally, after demolding, the elastic edge plywood serves as a safeguard, effectively shielding the wooden formwork from free-fall impacts. This not only significantly prolongs its lifespan but also translates into substantial cost savings by reducing formwork amortization expenses.
The lightweight formwork system consists of wall formwork, column formwork, beam formwork, and horizontal early-stripping formwork. This system is designed for the Asian construction market as an economical formwork solution.
The use of a nail-free formwork design significantly improves the construction and maintenance efficiency of this lightweight formwork system. The nail-free system also effectively preserves the plywood panel's usability, reduces the labor intensity of construction workers, enhances construction site cleanliness, and lowers overall formwork project costs.
The heavy-duty formwork system comprises climbing formwork, cantilever formwork, single-sided formwork, and large-area formwork, among other components. This system utilizes approximately 150 different components, including H20 wooden beams and 10# channel steel, following EU certification standards and international best practices. It features high rigidity, a high degree of mechanization in construction, and is suitable for the formwork needs of large-scale high-rise buildings, major public structures, tall bridges, dams, nuclear power plants, LNG facilities, and other large-scale construction projects.
